Updated information on Canine Influenza outbreak

The Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association (ISVMA), via email on April 13th, updated Illinois veterinarians of new research on the Canine Influenza outbreak in Chicago.  Researchers at Cornell University and the University of Wisconsin have isolated a new strain of Influenza A which as been linked to the respiratory disease affected thousands of dogs in Chicago.  Below is a link to an article from Cornell University.
